Gov’t green lights $2.5b thermal plant

Quynh Lap II thermal power plant will be built using the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) method in Dong Hoi Industrial Zone, Hoang Mai Commune. It will produce an annual power capacity of 1200 megawatts (MW), with two reactors
